The team at Matt Browning Ltd - Electrical Contractors recently undertook the installation of new production process machinery for a joinery manufacturing facility in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Taking care of all electrical and mechanical requirements, our experienced team installed the Weinig UniRip 310 - Multi-Blade Rip Saw in one day.
Our pre-works survey identified site requirements prior to installation. With detailed risk assessments and method statements in place, all work was completed on time and in accordance with our fixed price quote, ahead of the manufacturer's commissioning schedule.
Work included machine moving & positioning, levelling & fixing, mechanical dust extraction connections, dust extraction control interface, electrical power cabling, circuit protection and final electrical connection & testing.
