Industrial Electrical Installation, Bracknell.

We carried out the electrical design, installation, testing & commissioning works for a full factory fit out in Bracknell, as part of a fixed-price package delivered on schedule in 2021.

Initial Preparation and Design.

From our initial site survey of the empty building and a review of the proposed machinery specifications we were able to prepare budget cost estimates for our client. These were quickly developed into a fully costed electrical design specification, taking into account the client's immediate and future production requirements, together with health, safety and building regulation requirements.

Installation.

Once appointed as electrical contractors of this project, our skilled team at Matt Browning Ltd. fitted the building with electrical and building services systems, ready for the arrival of the new automated paint finishing line. Our work also covered the electrical requirements for associated production processes, office, welfare, stores, and external areas.

All work was completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with our high standards of engineering and health & safety, ensuring the successful expansion of our client's manufacturing facility.

New panel board, 5x distribution boards and sub-main cabling
Cable ladder containment, with local cable tray drops and work-station power posts
3 phase machine & plant electrical connections
Small power to building services, workstations, welfare and office facilities
High bay LED lighting on busbar trunking system
Lighting to office and welfare facilities with energy-saving automatic controls
Electric Vehicle charge points with automatic load management
