  • Trenched and ducted cable runs across site for mains distribution, AV, and security cabling between buildings
  • New 3 Phase Electrical Distribution throughout the site
  • 150 circuit 1-10v Lutron HomeWorks Lighting system
  • Bespoke Lighting Installation featuring luminaires from Lucent Lighting, John Cullen, Lightgraphix, Hunza..
  • Kitchen electrical installations in conjunction with Martin Moore kitchens
  • AV installation in conjunction with our specialist AV partner
  • Security Systems, Access Control, and CCTV, in conjunction with our specialist security partner
  • Grade A LD1 Addressable Fire Alarm - Design & Install
  • Bespoke multi-zone underfloor heating & boiler controls system

School LED Lighting Upgrade

At Matt Browning Electrical, our experienced electricians can upgrade old fluorescent lighting in nurseries, schools, colleges, and universities with the latest LED lighting technology - not only improving lighting performance and reducing future maintenance costs, but also delivering significant cost reductions through reduced energy consumption. We were recently asked to upgrade the old fluorescent lighting in classroom and corridor areas in this school building. Our complimentary site survey found many of the fluorescent tubes and control-gear components had failed, and with fluorescent lighting technology being phased out for environmental and energy saving reasons, we provided a fixed price quote for an LED lighting upgrade. We supplied & installed LED lighting from Ansell and low glare lighting from Ovia in classroom areas. With automatic control through occupancy sensors and dimmable controls for the classroom, performance has improved whilst energy costs have reduced.
