At Matt Browning Electrical Contractors we offer a design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance service for commercial and industrial lighting across a range of sectors. From energy efficient functional industrial lighting, dedicated sports lighting, to ambient lighting in the leisure sector we can provide a solution. We use Relux lighting design software in-house and often collaborate with a range of lighting designers on larger projects.

Smart Lighting Solutions

Our previous lighting projects range from warehouse lighting, veterinary theatre lighting, classroom lighting, sports hall lighting, through to bespoke high end residential lighting. We can also assist with smaller one-off lighting repair and upgrade requirements.

We offer range of lighting controls from the most basic switch or individual dimmer, Lutron and 1-10v control systems, daylight harvesting, and smart addressable lighting controls for flexible workspaces.

Externally we can provide security lighting solutions, car park lighting, facade lighting, and landscape lighting.

All our lighting installation and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with current electrical safety regulations by our own team of qualified electricians.

Improved lighting efficiency coupled with effective lighting controls is a significant opportunity to reduce energy consumption. With the ever-increasing cost of energy, payback periods for lighting improvement projects are likely to reduce. As well as energy efficiency in use, product quality is an important consideration, particularly where lighting is installed at high level, as unexpected future maintenance may increase costs.

Our experienced electricians are PASMA and IPAF trained for using mobile scaffold towers and mobile elevated work platforms when carrying out lighting installation and maintenance. Where required we can operate outside normal working hours to minimise disruption. We offer free site surveys and initial costings, and all our work is planned and conducted in accordance with our detailed risk assessments and method statements.
