Warehouse Power and Data

To support our commercial clients' warehouse expansion, we recently carried out a power and data installation to create four new packing and assembly workstations.

The new low smoke and fume wiring was installed in high level trunking and steel conduit to match the existing installation on site. Each of the workstations were wired on their own independent circuit with 30mA RCD additional protection for safety of users.

Each workstation was also supplied with new CAT5e data points. All the data points were wired back to the existing server room, via new steel conduit and existing cable tray. We installed a new 24 port CAT5e rack in the server room with all new cables terminated, tested, and labelled, ready for the client to use.

All the High level access for the work in the warehouse area was carried out using mobile access tower by our PASMA certified electricians.

Full Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS), were provided prior to the project starting, together with NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates on completion.
